Our New Addition!

Les and I added a new puppy to our family. Sense Mortimer died, suddenly Les has been missing a canine companion. Mortimer was Les's best friend, and he was quite lonely without him when we moved to Utah, and sense our trip to Boise Idaho, over valentines day, and realizing he really was gone, Les decided he really wanted a new dog, preferably a Pomeranian. We started looking for Pomeranians and couldn't find one that would wasn't a miniature purse dog. So then I remembered that there was a breed of dog that looked like a husky but it didn't get as big, because we have a weight limit at our current apartment. So we decided we would like a miniature American Eskimo. Luckily there was a woman up in north Ogden that breeds them, and we were able to find our cute little Kiwi.

This is her wet, Les is very good with her he baths her every week.

We have had her for three weeks now, and she is 11 weeks old, and we love her very much. She is such a smart dog, and is making it easy on us. She is doing well, with the potty training, and she has such a cute personality. She has had a couple accidents where she has peed on our bed, but that was in the first week. Other than taking care of her we have just been working and going to school. Les is doing great at selling alarm systems, he is so good at selling these, and I'm so grateful he is good at what he does, and loves doing it.

We are moving apartments, next wednesday, because unfortunatly, they are building a gym under our current apartment, and so we decided it would be a lot less quite, if we moved. We are not excited to move, but the quite will be worth it. I am also talking this opportunity to take a crack at decorating, I haven't really done much as decorating goes sense Les and I have been married, so I'm going to try to do a bit more.

Well, that is what is new with us, and we will keep posting pictures of our little Kiwi up!

We Moved!!

So last weekend Les and I moved to our new apartment! It was a busy weekend, we had forgotten about all the stuff we had in my parents garage, and so it took us a few hours to move everything, and then about two days of unpacking!! Lol. Here is the outside of our apartment complex.
Here is Les sitting on our new couch, in our new home!
Here is the beautiful flowers Les gave me! And our couch again!

Here is the bookcase Les built all by himself! It only took him two hours lol!!

The kitchen, and front door!

Ya, so that is our apartment! Les loves it, and so do I. Its nice to be on our own again, after four months of living with my parents. But, we are so grateful for their help and letting us live there for so long! Thanks mom and dad- Love you guys!

Pumpkin Carving

So this weekend Les and I drove out to Tooele to visit our friends Krys and Cody. Its only like thirty minutes away from Bountiful.

This is Les on the way home, he was sad to be driving at one in the morning.
Les and I

This is Les, hanging out on the couch waiting for the movie to start.

These are some pumpkins we carved, Krys carved the pumpkin on the left and Les carved the pumpkin on the right. Lol, I bet you can't guess what it is....
Les was really excited to be carving pumpkins, he hasn't carved pumpkins sense before his mission.
My friend Shannon and I made this cute little gingerbread Halloween house instead of carving pumpkins. It was so fun, except it started collapsing half way through building lol. We had a really great time, and enjoyed celebrating Halloween together.

Body Building

Last Saturday the 10th of October, Les got the opportunity to go to a body building compeition! He loved it! He had so much fun looking at all the body builders and getting motivation to work out and get big. Here is a picture of him and a woman body builder.... Yes indeed amazingly this is a woman!
Impressive..... Lol, I asked Les if he wanted me to be this big, and of course he said YES!!! Lol, just kidding, no but I think amazingly she has the same size arms as Les? Crazy! Then he got a picture with Jay Cutler. I love this picture of Les he looks so pumped up and excited to be meeting this Jay Cutler guy, who I don't think he has heard of him before this show LOL!
I think Les, may be trying to feel up Jay's arms a little bit! LOL. As you can see Les had a blast!!!

Whats new!

So I haven't updated our blog in a while, so I thought I'd do a little catch up post. We are still living at my parent's house right now. We are trying to save up enough money to get out on our own, so we are working a lot. Les is going to school Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and he loves it. He is taking Math, English, Psychology, and Communication, he takes the bus which leaves at Six in the morning!! But, he enjoys not having to drive, and spend money on gas. He is doing really well in school, staying up on his homework and doing really well on his tests!!

I miss Les a lot cuz he works on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday so the only day he really has off is Sunday. He is doing really well working for sprint. He is selling a lot of cell phones and last month was the top sales man in the company!!

We celebrated his 23rd birthday on August 17th! We went to Tepanyaki Steak House, and had some cake and ice cream. He got a new backpack for school, a new ctr ring, and some flip flops. Here are some pictures from his birthday!

Look at how he has grown!!!

I was singing really well, as you can see my eyes were closed with concentration!!

I am still working at Dr. Anderson's and Dr. Seagles Podiatrist office. I love it it is so much fun, and I am learning so much. I get to take x-rays, draw up injections, and even take off peoples socks!!! Lol, if you want to see my name I am on their website: bountifulfootdoctor.com. Lol I am part of their staff. It has been a really awesome job to have, I really enjoy it a lot.

Other than those updates the only other new update is that I dyed my hair back red.

Our adventure in Utah

Les and I have been living in Utah now for about well almost a month. We both got jobs, Les is working at Sprint again, because he is just an amazing cell phone sales man, and I am working as a medical assistant at a Podiatrist office. Which is really cool, but very overwhelming so much to learn. We just got back from Lake Powell which was a super fun trip. (Check out my facebook for pictures and videos) Les is now pretty much amazing at wakeboarding and almost jumped the wake! Which was so awesome! Les learned to drive the boat thanks to Steven, and we all enjoyed the 100+ degree weather boy was it hot!! Now we are working this week and then taking off on saturday night for our cruise!!! Thank you mom and Dad! We will be going on a western carribbean cruise stopping in Roatan, Cayman Islands, Cozumel, and Belize! We feel so blessed to be able to go on this cruise, and we are so excited!!! We really like Utah, but we do miss Boise a lot! Les sometimes cries becuase he missed mortimer so much!!!
